SANDRA CAMPILLO
I am one of the partners of Muro Real Estate and a lawyer specializing in Compliance (regulatory compliance) and economic criminal law, with more than 13 years of experience in international firms.
Throughout my career, I have advised and consulted for companies in the U.S., Latin America, and Spain in the areas of compliance, economic offenses, and criminal risk prevention. Currently, I serve as Vice President of the World Compliance Association, an international organization that promotes best practices in regulatory compliance.
I have always been deeply drawn to the Real Estate sector. I love advising our clients on buying and selling properties, navigating complex situations, and ensuring that every transaction complies with all legal requirements.
Beyond my legal expertise, I am passionate about interior design and architecture. I am fascinated by unique and character-filled spaces, and I have a keen eye for recognizing the hidden potential in properties that may seem conventional or unremarkable at first glance.
My appreciation for art and design allows me to bring a creative and aesthetic perspective to every project, helping our clients envision the full potential of each property.
Farida Shaykhutdinova
I am partner of Muro Real Estate, and I am passionate about the real estate industry, working primarily with Spanish- and Russian-speaking clients.
For me, every transaction is an adventure, a unique story where I bring together people who were once strangers. I see myself as a bridge connecting two sides of a river: the seller and the buyer, the landlord and the tenant.
By training, I am an engineer in oil and gas exploration and extraction. My career required frequent travel, meeting new people, participating in major conferences, and leading large teams.
Beyond my professional background, I am a highly creative person. I write detective stories, children's books, and romance novels, and I have won international literary awards. I also play the piano and practice yoga.
My greatest strengths lie in my ability to find compromises in complex negotiations, close transactions quickly and efficiently, and develop creative strategies to market properties and attract the right buyers.
