SANDRA CAMPILLO
I am a partner at MURO Real Estate. I am also a lawyer specializing in compliance and economic criminal law, with more than 13 years of experience in international firms. Compliance (regulatory compliance) and economic criminal law, with more than 13 years of experience in international firms.
Throughout my career, I have advised and consulted with companies in the US, Latin America, and Spain on compliance, property crimes, and criminal risk prevention. Currently, I serve as Vice President of the World Compliance Association, an international organization that promotes best practices in regulatory compliance.
I have always been drawn to the real estate sector. I love advising our clients on the purchase or sale of properties, resolving complex situations, and ensuring that each transaction complies with all legal guidelines.
In addition to my legal training, I am passionate about interior design and architecture. I am fascinated by unique spaces with character, and I have the ability to see the potential in properties that might seem conventional or unpromising.
My taste for art and design allows me to offer a creative and aesthetic approach to each project, helping our clients visualize the great possibilities of each property.

I am a partner at MURO Real Estate. I love the real estate sector and work mainly with Spanish and Russian-speaking clients.
Every transaction for me is an adventure, a new story in which I must find and bring together people who are strangers for a time. I am like a bridge connecting two sides of the river: the seller and the buyer, the landlord and the tenant.
By training, I am an engineer specializing in oil and gas field exploration and exploitation. Working in my field, I often had to travel for work, meet new people, participate in large conferences, and lead large teams.
What's more, I'm a very creative person! I write children's detective stories and romance novels, I've won international awards, I also play the piano and practice yoga.
I believe my strengths lie in my ability to find compromises in complex negotiations, execute transactions quickly and efficiently, and seek creative solutions to promote properties and find clients.
